She is survived by: her husband Ronald Thorp; her daughters, Amanda Brown and Jayma O; her stepdaughters, Kim Price (Kevin), Cassie Tanner (Ronald Purgeason) and Donna Higginson; her siblings, David Blanford (Carolyn), Bobby Blanford (Susie), Sam Blanford (Brenda), Steve Blanford, Jimmy Blanford (Sheila), Eddie Blanford (Teresa), Phillip Blanford (Phyllis), Mark Blanford (Cecilia), Mary Lois McGraw, Brenda Thomas (Andy) and Dianne Blanford (Andy Cox); her sisters-in-law, Connie Blanford and Cathy Blanford (Roger Robertson); her grandsons, Jace Avery (Angel Reed), Mason Brown and Gage Whitledge; her great grandchild Jacklynn Avery; and her friend Laveta Daniels (Chris). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
