He is survived by: his son Douglas Vernon Jessen (Marjorie) of Newburgh; his sister Velma Frame of Clinton; his grandchild Elizabeth Jessen of Evansville; his great great grandchild Numerous; and his children, Conn Terrace of Lexington, KY, Heart Hospice and Newton St. He is also survived by Numerous Nieces and Nephews Relatives and friends.
