He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Beulah Elizabeth "Jinx" Zehner. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Coomes Zehner; his children, Jonathan Zehner (Ashley) of Henderson, Kentucky, Sarah McGill (Eric) of Henderson and Stephanie Forbes (Aaron) of Evansville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Addalie Zehner, Easton McGill and Cole Zehner; his siblings, Janice Williams (Jimmy) of Henderson, Kentucky and David Zehner (Cherie) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his brother-in-law Robert "Bobby" Coomes of Miami, Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
