He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hall and Janice Hall; and his siblings, John Hatchett, Heshie Hall and Maudy Bell Rose Hall.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hall; his daughters, Nicole Powell and Magan Hall of Henderson, KY.; his grandchildren, Averyona Powell, Erickson Powell, Maximus Carter and Mia Carter of Henderson, KY.; and his siblings, Archie Turner of Henderson, KY., Charlene Turner and Sherry Jatta Hall. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews.

Viewing was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seventh Street Missionary Baptist Church (627 Short 7th St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
