He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Haynes and Permelia Haynes; and his wife Mary Jane Duncan Haynes. He is survived by: his children, Jonathan Kirk Haynes of Henderson, KY and Alea Haynes Smith (Rob) of Henderson, KY; his brothers, Gary Haynes (Sandra) of Ocala, FL and Keith Haynes (Becky) of Zion, KY; and his grandchildren, Jackson and Haynie Jane.
