She was predeceased by: her son Austin Ray Mayfield; and her grandparents, Joe, Edith Ray, Warren and Peggy Williams.
She is survived by: her parents, Larry A. Ray of Henderson, Kentucky and Marsha Williams Ray of Henderson, Kentucky; her children, Elizabeth Mayfield of Henderson, Kentucky and Wesley Mayfield of Henderson, Kentucky; and her granddaughter Hadley Mayfield of Henderson Kentucky. She is also survived by aunts and uncles; cousins; and many friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home (604 Center St, Henderson, KY 42420). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
