He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Ramsey and Margaret Nadine Brooks; and his brother David Brooks. He is survived by: his children, Denise Miller and Matthew Brooks (Nicole); his siblings, Larry Brooks, Ronnie Brooks (Theresa), Sherry Evans (Rick) and Elaine Martin (Rick); his grandchildren, Marlie Lou Brooks and Caleb Miller; and his great grandchild Callum Ray Andrew Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
