He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Chapman of Morganfield, KY; his father Herman Chapman; his brother Jamie Chapman (Janita); and his grandchildren, Aaliyah Chapman, Raylen Davis and Drailey Davis. He is also survived by 1 niece and 3 nephews.
