He is survived by: his wife Penni Ashby Foster of Henderson, KY; his daughter Nicole Barkley (Aaron) of Henderson, KY; his mother Joy Bridges of Thomasville, NC; his stepsiblings, Denise Healy of Henderson, KY, Dennis Leslie of Evansville, IN and Jimmy Leslie of Florida; and his grandchildren, Camden Barkley, Kensington Barkley and Hudson Barkley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
