She is survived by: her husband Charles "Chuck" Carter; her sons, David Cobb of Newburgh, Indiana and Scott Cobb of Newburgh, Indiana; her stepchildren, Brittney Carter of Evansville, Indiana and Robert Carter of Evansville, Indiana; her siblings, Judy Cron of Newburgh, Norma Barnett, Stacie McDonald of Newburgh, Indiana and Dan Robinson of Evansville, Indiana; her mother-in-law Donna Sue Wilson of Henderson, Kentucky; her sister-in-law Robyn Carter Crain (Brian) of Dover, Tennessee; and her pet Dutchess. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
