She is survived by: her husband Richard Bellew of Henderson, KY; her son Kevin Schwallier (Teresa) of Owensboro, KY; her stepson Richard Bellew, Jr. of Henderson, KY; and her grandchildren, Chris Bellew and Jessica Lingerfelt (Bellew). She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, 1 niece and 1 nephew.
