Payne of Henderson, Kentucky; her brother Ray Payne (Libby) of Henderson, Kentucky; her grandson Samuel Nobles; her stepgrandchildren, Shea Littlepage and Liam Littlepage; her nephew Taylor Payne; her niece Lindsay Phillips (Chad); and her great-nieces, Allison Phillips and June Phillips.
