It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra K. Wilkerson of Henderson, Kentucky, who passed away on August 8, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Sandra shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Sandra farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She is survived by: her close friend Brother Kenny Wilkerson; her son Mark Wilkerson; her brother-in-law L. B. "Gip" Lawton; her son-in-law John Minor; her daughters, Carole Minor of Morganfield, KY and Shelly Skaggs (Chris) of Henderson, KY; her sister Mary Lee Lawton of Henderson, KY; her grandchildren, Laura Minor, John Curtis Minor, Max Skaggs and Trent Skaggs; her daughter-in-law Stacie Wilkerson of Morganfield, KY; and her granddaughter Christina Wilkerson.
