He is survived by: his brother Paxton Phillips of Henderson, Kentucky; his grandparents, Wendell of Evansville, Vicki Kell of Evansville, Jim of Evansville, Cindy Blanford of Evansville, Tommy and Vickie Phillips of Henderson, Kentucky; and his great-grandparents, Gerine Brown of Evansville, Lorrie Blanford of Evansville, Doris Dillback of Evansville and Wilma Ballou of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
