He was predeceased by: his mother Myrtle Marie Ratley. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessi Ratley and Megan Ratley; his father Raymond Ratley, Jr.; his brother Jay Ratley (Nichole); and his half-brother Phillip Hager. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 niece.
