He is survived by: his girlfriend Sherry Wilhite; his children, Vicki Kirtley (Michael) of Eddyville, Kentucky and Greg Hoffman of Eddyville, Kentucky; and his sisters, Elaine Benson (Pascal) of Henderson, Ruth Brinkley (George) of Newburgh, Sue Fowler (Charles Krampe) of Evansville, Indiana and Virginia Hoffman (Phillip Crowdus) of Evansville, Indiana. He is also survived by five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
