He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Rowland and Lottie Rowland. He is survived by: his wife Janice Rowland; his children, Beth Podsedly (Jeff) of Lexington, KY, Kerri Neff of Lexington, KY and Bart Rowland (Kristy) of Ocala, FL.; his sister Judy Rowland Groves (Butch) of Henderson; and his grandchildren, Anna Clay Rowland, Sally Rowland, Harrison Neff, Jack Podsedly, John Podsedly and Elliot Neff. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A memorial service was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
