We are sad to announce that on November 25, 2023, at the age of 80, Ramona Ann Duncan of Henderson, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Morris Riggs and Camilla Riggs; her husband Ben Spinks; and her brother Tommy Riggs. She is survived by: her sons, David Duncan of Tilden, KY and Michael Duncan of Henderson, KY; her siblings, Johnny Riggs of Boxville, KY, Richard "Dicky" Riggs of Uniontown, KY and Regina Pendergraff (Benny) of Hanson, KY; her grandchildren, Caylee Ervin (Luke), Shelby Benson (Laken), Maddie Duncan and Annalee Hunsinger; her stepgrandson Logan Helmick; and her great grandchild Alice Clarke Ervin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
