He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Amanda Burkins (Roy) of Newburgh, IN and Lucas Cerullo of Henderson, KY; his stepson Hayden Kolodey of Henderson, KY; his brothers, Anthony Cerullo (Tony) of Charleston, W. V. and Tim Cerullo (Courtney) of Charleston, W. V.; and his grandchildren, Miles Burkins of Newburgh, IN, Hope Burkins of Newburgh, IN and Ellyson Cerullo of New York. He is also survived by brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, and lots of nieces and nephews.
