We are sad to announce that on June 24, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Patrick Tamao Tanaka of Henderson, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Tanaka and Martha Tanaka; and his brother Michael Tanaka. He is survived by: his children, Michael Allen Tanaka of Alexandria, Rafe Tanaka (Lindsay Hooper), Jake Tanaka (Rachel Tanaka) of Henderson, Kentucky and Sarah Tanaka Jeffries (Robbie Jeffries) of Monroe, Tennessee; his sisters, Florence Tanaka Rich of Henderson and Ann Tanaka Dixon (Roger Dixon) of Chandler, Arizona; and his sister-in-law Beverly Tanaka of Henderson, Kentucky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and three nephews.
