She was predeceased by: her parents, Leck Zackery and Josephine Zackery; and her siblings, Norvil Zackery, Rose Miller, Shirley Kornberger and Johnny Zackery.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Fruit of Henderson, KY; her daughter Jessica Fruit Yates (Adam) of Dixon, KY; her siblings, Margaret Stillwell, Beatrice Smith, Jeff Zackery and Eddie Zackery; and her grandchildren, Madalyn, Jaxson and Reegan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
