Carter, Larry Powell of Henderson, KY, Gary Powell of Henderson, KY and James Powell of Henderson, KY; her brother Forest Holmes of Henderson, KY; and her grandchildren, Misty Spurlin, Jarrod Carter, Joshua Carter, Brad Powell, Brent Powell, Shawn Powell, Justin Powell, Shanon Sandefur and Tyler Floyd. She is also survived by 9 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren Nieces and Nephews Relatives and friends.
