She is survived by: her husband Charlie McBride; her son Tommy Ballestero of Porter, Indiana; her brother Wally Urycki of Michigan City, Indiana; her cousin Sandy Rogalski of Wheatfield, Indiana; and her nephew Ray Miecznikowski of Tampa, Florida..
