She was predeceased by: her husband Stephen C. Foster. She is survived by: her daughter Denice Healey (Kevin) of Henderson, KY; her stepson Stephen Foster II (Penni) of Henderson, KY; and her grandchildren, Brent King of Greensboro, NC and Nicole Barkley of Henderson, KY. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
