She was predeceased by: her parent Debbie Hayes Fulkerson; and her uncle David Fulkerson of Henderson. She is survived by: her father Ray Fulkerson of Henderson; her daughter Heaven Stephens; and her sister Tiffany Fulkerson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
