She was predeceased by: her father Edward Lee; her former husband Jesse Luebbert; her husband Herb Utley; and her siblings, Mary Rebecca Strain, Raymond Kavanaugh, John M. Kavanaugh and Hattie M. O.

She is survived by: her daughter Sondy Duckworth (Kenny) of Evansville, Indiana; her siblings, Bertha "Sug" Bennett (Harry) of Lexington and Edward L. Kavanaugh, Jr. (Jill) of Eddyville, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Mark of Henderson, Kentucky, Chris of Henderson, Kentucky, Shane of Henderson, Kentucky and Jennifer Smithhart of Henderson, Kentucky. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
