He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Charles and Gartha Dean Moore; and his brother Mark Moore. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen R. Moore of Henderson, Kentucky; his children, Jason Moore of Henderson County, Andrew Moore of Tazewell, Virginia and Stefanie Cordle of Dublin, Virginia; and his sisters, Melinda Lane of Henderson and Sherri Ramsey of Reed, Kentucky. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and one nephew.
