She is survived by: her mother Mary Helen Coots of Henderson, KY; her husband Jeffery Earl Dixon Evans of Nebo, KY; her daughters, Emma Marie Evans of Henderson, KY, Kassi Dawn Evans of Henderson, KY and Caitlin Marie Lewis of Henderson, KY; her mother-in-law Jessie Marie Evans of Nebo, KY; her sister Sabrina Murphy (Doug) of Richland, MO; her sister-in-law Jacqueline Boswell (Tim) of Madisonville, KY; and her brothers, Jason Coots (Lisa) of Henderson, KY, Craig Coots (Jenny) of Chandler, IN and Jackie Evans Jr. (Gena) of Henderson, KY.. She is also survived by several aunts and uncles, 25 nieces and nephews, and 19 great-nieces and great-nephews.
