She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hawkins and Gartha Sandefur; and her siblings, Tammy Royal, Mike Moore and Mark Moore.
She is survived by: her husband James Lane of Henderson, KY; her son Jeremy Lane (Tobi) of Henderson, KY; her stepson Michael Lane (Carrie) of Alabama; her siblings, Lisa Speaks (Timmy) of Henderson, KY, Sherri Ramsey of Reed, KY, Stacy L. Hawkins of Owensboro, KY and Mike Hawkins of Florida; and her granddaughter Isabella Lane. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
