She is survived by: her daughter Donna Crumley (Alan); her grandchildren, Katie O'Farrell (Kevin), David Crumley (Tara) and Tina Orr (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Jeremiah, Gavin, Brooke, Tayah, William and James.
