She was predeceased by: her mother Birdie Tabitha Keene (Maddox); her husband Francis David Lutz; her daughter Carolyn Renee Lutz; her siblings, Marie Keene Powell, Glenn Keene, Bernard Keene and Billy Keene; and her son-in-law Jimmy "Chop" Cox.
She is survived by: her children, Tina Workins (Mike), Missy Ellis (Arthur), David Lutz (Melissa) and Tonya Cox; her grandchildren, Chris Lutz, Lindsay Broadhurst (Jake), Nicole Ice (Daniel), Alyssa McGuire, Kyle Cox, Grant Ellis (Jordain) and Carson Ellis (Emily); her great grandchildren, Addilyn McGuire, Serenity Broadhurst, Creek McGuire, Elise McGuire, Hunter Ice, Austen Ice, Barrett Ice, Hadley Ice, Declan Ice, Brettlyn Ice, Baby Ice and Shiloh Maryn Ellis; and her pets, Jazzy and Rusty.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to New Hope Animal Rescue or Cairo Methodist Church.
