She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Nichols and Mary Nichols; her husband Henry Moore; her daughter Jane Haynes; and her siblings, Dorothy Rhodes, Mildred Pippin, Virginia Hooper, Robert L. Nichols, E. S. "Tommy" Nichols and Fredrick H. "Peanie" Nichols.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Gibson (Larry) of Henderson, KY, James W. "Jim" Duncan (Myrona) of Henderson, Kenneth A. Duncan (Brandie) of Henderson, John M. Duncan (Dana) of Morganfield, KY and D. E. "Gene" Duncan (Karen) of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter and numerous nieces and nephews.
