Smith and Merrilyn Smith Governor (Neil) of Henderson, Kentucky; and his sisters, DeAnn Payne (Tim) of Henderson, Kentucky and Shelly Schmelzer (Steve) of Henderson, Kentucky. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; and cousins.
