She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Willingham and Kelli Givens; her sister Nancy Putnam; her grandchildren, Courtney Poselwait, Clay Givens, Holly Willingham and Maddy Givens; and her great grandchildren, Cole Gish, Grant Garrigus, Grace Garrigus, Riley Avera, Kora Avera and Kylo Givens. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
