He is survived by: his wife Catherine Elizabeth Ashley; his children, Phyllis Heilman, Marcia Murphy (Jim), Wayne Pruitt (Vicky) of Wooster, OH, Greg Pruitt (Vicki) of Henderson, KY and Jennifer Howell (Marshall) of Henderson, KY; his stepson Steve Reed (Janna) of Henderson, KY; and also, Marie Moss Reed and Malcolm. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
