Larry Wayne Skaggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2024, at the age of 75, Larry Wayne Skaggs (Henderson, Kentucky) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Skaggs and Willie Bell Skaggs; and his sister-in-law Sherry Skaggs. He is survived by: his siblings, Carolyn Marie Alderson (Donal) and Oscar "Bud" Skaggs; his nieces, Pamela Moyes (Brad) and Stephanie Smithhart (Kevin); his nephew Chris Skaggs (Shelly); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Scott Moyes, Nicole Moyes, Heath Moyes, Derek Skaggs, Ashley Skaggs, Max Skaggs, Trent Skaggs and Kaylee Smithhart; and his pets, Ginger and Nala. He is also survived by seven great-great nieces and nephews.

The true extent of the lives Larry touched and the charity he bestowed upon others is a testament to his remarkable character.
