He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie Allen and Mildred Allen; and his siblings, Jimmie Allen, Jr. and Vada Davison. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Allen of Henderson, KY; his children, Stephanie Allen of Vermont, Scott E. Allen of Kentucky, Kyle Allen and Aric Allen of California; his stepchildren, Cathy Garriga of Alabama, Connie Goldstein of Ohio and Paul Moses of Nebraska; and his sister Lue Anna Hellyer of Kansas. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
