He is survived by: his wife Betty Elliott of Henderson, KY; his children, Lana Elliott Higdon (David) of New Salisbury, IN, Rebecca Beard (Greg) of Henderson, KY and Thomas Elliott (Shannon) of Henderson, KY; his brother Dennis Elliott (DeAnne) of Henderson, KY; his grandchildren, Lacy Hagan (Eric), Lance Kuder, Jacy Elliott, Blake Elliott, Roman Beard and Aleksey Beard; his great grandchildren, Tanner Hagan and Reed Hagan; and his stepgrandchildren, Cameron Higdon, Colin Higdon and Callie Higdon.
