With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathy Prough of Henderson, Kentucky, born in Akron, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Kathy left this world on November 5, 2024 at the age of 75, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Musser and Mary Musser; and her brother Michael. She is survived by: her husband John; her children, Maryann Myers, Susie Hatcher (Matt), Terry Wessel (Dusten) and John Jr. (Kristin); her grandchildren, Tyler, Abby Hatcher, Sam Myers, Connor Roberts, Scarlet Prough, Stella, Parker and Everleigh Wessel; and her siblings, Rosemary Cottrell (Chuck), Janet Bissett (Jack), Pat Marks, Diane Davis (Ed) and Jim Musser (Lisa). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, November 8th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rudy-Rowland Funeral Home (604 Center St, Henderson, KY 42420). A prayer was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Jesus Catholic Church (511 2nd St, Henderson, KY 42420). A rosary was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 6:00 PM.
