She was predeceased by: her father David Culver; and her husband Danny Ray Howard. She is survived by: her daughters, Brandi Winebrenner Cluchie of Henderson, KY and Raechel Lickey of Evansville, IN; her mother Elsie Rose Hall of Henderson, KY; and her grandchildren, Logan Winebrenner, Dylan Lowe, Legend Eblen, Silas McElveen, Royal McElveen and Milani McElveen.
