She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth R. Whitledge and Lillie J. Ferguson (Duncan); her husband Richard Lee Cox; and her brother Dennis Keith Whitledge. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Osborne (Donald) and Kristy Cox (Scott Gish); her siblings, Sheila Frederick Ruby (Kim), Buzz Frederick (Linda), Earl Wayne Frederick (Karen), Mary Ann Bridwell (Mike), Janice Burke (Rodney), Kenny Ray Whitledge, Bobby Whitledge and Donna Whitledge; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
