We bid farewell to Joyce Jean McConnell of Henderson, Kentucky, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 9, 2025 at the age of 89. Joyce Jean touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Woodall and Margie M. Woodall; her brothers, Harold Woodall and Ronnie Woodall; and her daughters-in-law, Sheila McConnell, Patty McConnell and Lisa McConnell.
She is survived by: her sons, Trent McConnell, Kent McConnell and Mark McConnell; her grandchildren, Matthew McConnell, Tara Hunsinger, Maggie Garner (Alan), Amanda Bingemer (Corey), Lacey Bishop (Tony) and Jake McConnell (Lauren); and her brother Hobert Woodall. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tomblinson Funeral Home (325 1st St, Henderson, KY 42420). A graveside service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Shady Grove Cemetery (76 Providence Rd, Marion, KY 42064).
