She was predeceased by: her husband William Dixon "W. D." Caton; her parents, Marshall Frank Powell and Mary Ellen Abell Powell; and her siblings, Margaret Blanford and Jimmie Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Carole Mills (Bill) of Corydon, Kentucky, Gary Caton (Mary) of Henderson and Roger Caton (Dawn) of Corydon, Kentucky; her sister Christine McGill of Corydon, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Kayla Caton, Chris Caton, Casey Caton, Aaron Caton and Mason Caton; and her caregiver Lisa Peters. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
