She was predeceased by: her parents, Valter Rich and Mottie Rich; her husband Sam William Campbell; her son-in-law John Guill; and her siblings, Florence Thomas, Gertrude York, Lois Hartbarger, Melvina Cantrell, Helen Bean, Clyde Rich and Alfred Rich.
She is survived by: her children, Joyce Fulkerson (D. T.) of Henderson, KY, Barbara Guill of Robards, KY and Melvin Howell (Glenda) of Bush Creek, TN; and her friends, Kathy Goben of Henderson, KY, Roxanne Buckman of Morganfield, KY. and Debbie Russelburg of Morganfield, KY.. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
