He was predeceased by: his mother Wilma Jean Johnson; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Waddle and James Goben. He is survived by: his daughter Johna McLevain (Colton) of Henderson, KY; his stepdaughter Lindsay Fuchs (Ed) of Henderson, KY; his father Carl Leon McLevain of Hebbardsville, KY; his siblings, Ginger Waddle of Henderson, KY, Annie Goben of Hebbardsville, KY, David McLevain (Angie) of Hebbardsville, KY, Tim McLevain of Henderson, KY and Carl McLevain (Angie) of Marion, KY; his grandchildren, Collins, Colson, Skylar, Maddie and Alix; and his great grandchild Easton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Benton-Glunt & Tapp Funeral Home (629 S Green St, Henderson, KY 42420). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
