He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Middleton and Delia Middleton; his wife Betty Jane Middleton; and his siblings, Rosalie Zobrist, Victor Middleton, Earl Middleton and Robert Middleton.
He is survived by: his children, Marilyn Watson (Ronald) of Henderson, KY, Nancy Keach (Randy) of Liberty Township, OH, Patti Connaway (Marc) of Chandler, IN and Wayne Middleton (Cindy) of Covington, Louisiana; his siblings, Ann Maran of Highland, IL and Ralph Middleton of Edwardsville, IL; his grandsons, Joel Watson (Megan), Jacob Keach Brian Connaway (Ashley), Allen Middleton and Kevin Middleton; and his stepgrandchildren, Kelly Buchanan (Nick), Jamie Rodriguez and Kristina Govert (Chad). He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 9 step great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
