He was predeceased by: his parents, Rusty Pendergraft and Judy Pendergraft. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Mitchell; his siblings, Julie Dixon (Steve), Richard Pendergraft (Jody), Kenny Pendergraft (Saundra) and Larry Pendergraft (Sandy); and his grandson Brady Rhodes of Henderson, KY. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
