He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collier and Abby Collier (Tyler); his wife Betty Jo Collier; and his siblings, Anna Lee Majors, Travis Shreve, Katherine Shiftly, Dean Sosa, Eugene Collier and James Collier.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Oliver (David), Vicki Wurth (Martin), Jesse "Tim" Collier (Betty) and Anthony "Tony" Williams (Hallie); and his sister Pansy Yates. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
