He is survived by: his wife Dr. Brenda Walker Dillingham; his stepsons, John Dillingham and Brent Dillingham; his children, Jay Kemper, Kainan Kemper, Brian Kemper and Rachael Kemper; and his brothers, Gene Kemper and Johnny Rae Kemper. He is also survived by grandchildren; aunts; nieces; nephews; and many cousins.
