She is survived by: her children, Julie Lemming (Steven) of Henderson, Kentucky and John O; her siblings, Mary Turner of Morganfield, Kentucky and James A. Chaney of Fort Thomas, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Jonathan Barker of Milwaukee, Morgan O and Dawson Springs of Kentucky; and her uncle Ralph Carrier of Corydon, Kentucky. She is also survived by one niece and one nephew; and cousins.
